Is the assay compatible with primary amines?

This assay is compatible with most detergents, chelators and
buffer components. Protein concentrations up to 17 μg/mL are tolerated and
primary amine-containing buffers (e.g. Tris, glycine) should be kept below
10 mM, if possible. For best results, include the same concentration of the
sample buffer in the standards and blank

Does the kit contain Adenosine Deaminase?

No, the kit does not contain Adenosine Deaminase. The user must provide their own enzyme. The kit was optimized using calf intestine Adenosine Deaminase.
